Inter Miami CF Tie New York Red Bulls

     Inter Miami CF and New York Red Bulls ended up with a 2-2 tie at Nu Stadium in Miami on Saturday night. It was the second game ever played at the Herons new venue. Inter Miami CF have a 1-0-5 record in their last six games among all competitions. 
     New York(3-1-3) leaped to a 1-0 lead in the 15th minute. Jorge Ruvalcaba picked up the tally for the Red Bulls with a right-footed shot from 14 yards out. 
     Inter Miami CF(3-1-3) tied it up 1-1 during stoppage time at the conclusion of the first half. Mateo Silvetti received a crossing pass and was able to score on half-volley shot with his right foot from seven yards. 
     The Herons moved out to their first lead of the contest 2-1 in the 55th minute. Lionel Messi angled a pass from just above of the penalty area. Germain Berterame put in the a right-footed goal from 12 yards away. 
     The Red Bulls answered back during the 77th minute. They evened it up 2-2 on a goal by Adri Mehmeti with his sliding right-footed shot from three yards out.
