It was the final month that there were two sports format radio stations in the West Palm Beach market with ESPN West Palm 106.3 WUUB-FM and 640 The Hurricane WMEN-AM. Sports Radio 1230 The Zone. WBZT-AM joined the fray on July 31 to make it three radio stations with a sports format in Palm Beach County.
