The Florida Panthers have signed center Denis Malgin to a new one-year deal with the team. He is expected to compete for a forward spot on the roster for the upcoming campaign.
Malgin has played the last three seasons with the Panthers. He had seven goals and nine assists in 50 games with Florida last season. Malgin has compiled 24 goals and 24 assists in 148 NHL games.
