790 The Ticket WAXY-AM was on top of the ratings among sports talk radio stations in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale region. It will be the last full period that both Entercom sister stations go with their longtime weekday lineup prior to significant changes.
The Ticket for the fourth straight month was first all alone and has not seen second place for the last seven months. They did drop from a 0.9 to a 0.8 in the period and had baseball broadcasts from ESPN Radio.
Miami Sports Radio 560 WQAM-AM rebounded from a 0.5 to a 0.6 in the month. They used guest co-hosts like Ira Winderman and Omar Kelly with Alex Donno on the midday show during the second half of the period.
Miami Sports 940 WINZ-AM stayed at a 0.3 for the third straight month. They remained stable with Jeff DeForest in mornings, The Greek in mid-afternoons and Miami Marlins baseball.
640 The Hurricane WMEN-AM had a 0.1 for the sixth consecutive period. They have been helped by New York Yankees broadcasts as that team has the best record in the American League.
