Louis returns to the Dolphins after being released by the club back in late July. He played high school football with Miami Beach Senior. He originally was signed by the Fins in 2019, however he never played a regular season game with the team.
Rogers was with the Indianapolis Colts for four seasons from 2016 to 2019. He had 16 catches for 129 yards and two touchdowns last season with the Colts.
