The Miami Dolphins have picked up running back Salvon Ahmed off waivers from the San Francisco 49ers. He has not participated in a National Football League regular season contest yet.
Ahmed played college football with the University of Washington from 2017 to 2019. He had 188 carries for 1,022 yards and 11 touchdowns during his junior season last year.
