Marlins Blank Orioles In Seven Inning Game

The Miami Marlins played in the first game of a doubleheader and got by the Baltimore Orioles 1-0 on Wednesday at Camden Yards. It was the first time the Marlins played in a seven-inning contest because of the new rule implemented by Major League Baseball for the 2020 season last week.
Miami(4-1) got in front 1-0 in the fourth inning. Brian Anderson belted a solo home run to right field on a 1-0 pitch. Baltimore(5-5) were shut out for the second straight time by the Fish and held to three hits in the seven-inning game.
