Sixto Sanchez Called Up By Marlins

     The Miami Marlins have promoted pitcher Sixto Sanchez to the majors. He is expected to pitch for the club sometime this week. 

     Sanchez is a top prospect in their minor league system. He was the key piece that was acquired from the Philadelphia Phillies for J.T. Realmuto. Sanchez had a 2.19 earned-run-average last season in the minors and 8.1 strikeouts per nine innings.
