Inter Miami CF was shut out by Nashville SC 1-0 on Sunday night at Nissan Stadium. It was the first road game for Inter Miami CF since the MLS Tournament in Orlando. Nashville SC won their first Major League Soccer home game in franchise history.
The only goal in the contest was by Nashville SC in the second half. Anibal Godoy was able to capitalize on an Inter Miami clearing pass and blasted a right-footed shot from 19 yards out into the top right corner of the cage in the 53rd minute of play.
