Heat Outlast Celtics

     The Miami Heat powered by the Boston Celtics 112-106 at HP Field House outside of Orlando on Tuesday night. The Heat climbed closer to the Celtics for third place in the Eastern Conference standings. 
     Miami(43-25) led 33-28 after one quarter. The Heat went on a 12-5 run to begin the second for their biggest lead in the contest at that point 45-33. They were ahead of the Celtics 63-51 at halftime. Boston(44-23) came out with a 11-5 spurt at the start of the second half, still could not cut the deficit and were down 91-83 at the end of three quarters. The Celtics came as close as three points with 13 seconds remaining in the final quarter. 
     Bam Adebayo placed 21 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double while Goran Dragic put in 20 points for the Heat. Duncan Robinson drained in 21 points and Kelly Olynyk scored 15 points. Jayson Tatum had a game-high 23 points for Boston and Jaylen Brown compiled a double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds.
