The Florida Panthers have made a change on their roster. Center Chris Tierney has been called up from their AHL affiliate the Charlotte Checkers and will make his Panthers debut at the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday night.
Tierney signed a one-year, two-way contract with Florida prior to the start of the 2022-23 season. He had NHL stints with the San Jose Sharks and Ottawa Senators for a total combined eight seasons.
