Heat Edged By Nuggets

     The Miami Heat fell to the Denver Nuggets 124-119 at Ball Arena on Friday night. The Heat began a five-game road trip versus Western Conference opponents. The Nuggets have won six of their last seven contests. 
     Denver(23-12) had a 23-19 advantage at the end of the first quarter and were up 60-57 at halftime. Miami(18-18) pulled ahead and led 90-85 after three quarters. The Nuggets had a 12-5 spurt in the last three minutes of the final quarter to gain the victory. 
     The Heat were led by Tyler Herro with a double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds. Bam Adebayo contributed 22 points, seven rebounds and four steals. Max Strus was able to pour in 19 points. Nikola Jokic collected a triple-double with 19 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists for the Nuggets.
