Lewin Diaz Traded To Braves

     Former Miami Marlins first baseman Levin Diaz has been traded by the Baltimore Orioles to the Atlanta Braves for cash. Diaz was claimed off waivers by the Pittsburgh Pirates and Orioles during the offseason since he was designated for assignment by the Marlins. 

     Diaz spent the last three seasons with the Fish. He compiled five home runs, 11 runs batted in and a .169 batting average in 58 games during 2022.
