Miami Ratings November 2022

The ratings were issued for sports talk radio stations in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale region. The time span went from the second week of October to the second week of November. It turned out to be the first period without Sports Talk 790 The Ticket WAXY-AM being involved since August 2004.
AM 560 Sports WQAM-AM moved up from a 1.0 to a 1.1 in the period. The radio station tried to balance many sports broadcasts during the month. The Miami Heat began the regular season with their new flagship station while the Florida Panthers also started their season. The Miami Dolphins won three straight games and improved to 5-3. The University of Miami Hurricanes football team continued to falter with home defeats to Duke and Florida State.
Fox Sports 940 WINZ-AM dropped from a 0.4 to a 0.3 in the month. The University of Florida Gators football team had losses to LSU and Georgia and fell to 5-4. The NASCAR Cup Series finished off their 2022 campaign, which included the Dixie Vodka 400 at Miami-Homestead Speedway on October 23.
The streaming of WQAM went from a 0.1 to a 0.3 in the period. It has been helped when there were numerous game broadcasts at the same time. WKIS-FM-HD2 with the WQAM stream dipped from a 0.2 to a 0.1 during the month.
