Heat Outduel Pacers

     The Miami Heat held off the Indiana Pacers 87-82 on Monday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The Heat began a four-game road trip following a three-game homestand.
     Miami(13-15) rolled out to a 26-19 lead at the end of one quarter and remained ahead 47-42 by halftime. Indiana(14-14) stayed in striking distance and were down 67-64 after three quarters. The Heat scored nine straight points and led 84-75 with 2:26 left in the final quarter. 
     Bam Adebayo compiled a double-double for Miami with 22 points and 17 rebounds. Jimmy Butler added 20 points in the victory. No other Heat player had double-digit scoring. Buddy Hield fell short of a double-double with 19 points along with nine rebounds for the Pacers.
