Florida Panthers Acquire Givani Smith

     The Florida Panthers have picked up center Givani Smith from the Detroit Red Wings in a three-team trade. The Panthers gave up defenseman Michael Del Zotto in the deal and he will go to the Anaheim Ducks. 

     Smith has played his entire four-season NHL career with the Red Wings. He had 14 points in 85 contests while he was there.
