Deerfield Beach Downs Boca Raton

     The Deerfield Beach Bucks held off the Boca Raton Bobcats 21-7 at Butler Stadium on Friday night in a Class 8A regional quarterfinal. Both schools compete in District 13 and they both met just two weeks ago for the district title. 

     It was a lower-scoring game than what was expected between Deerfield Beach(9-2) and Boca Raton(8-3). The Bucks, who have won all three meetings against the Bobcats in their recent local rivalry, will take on Miami Palmetto in a regional semifinal next week.
