Former Florida Marlins owner John Henry has become the new owner of the Pittsburgh Penguins. He along with Fenway Sports Group will officially take over when the National Hockey League Board of Governors gives their approval.
Henry once owned the Florida Marlins from 1999 to 2001. He and Fenway Sports Group also owns other sports properties which includes the Boston Red Sox, Liverpool Football Club and Roush Fenway Racing in NASCAR.
