Muck Bowl 2021 Preview

The Glades Central Raiders challenge the Pahokee Blue Devils in the 2021 edition of the Muck Bowl at Anquan Boldin Stadium in Pahokee on Saturday. It will be the final regular season high school football game in Palm Beach County this year.
It has been a two-year absence since the Muck Bowl was played on the outskirts of Lake Okeechobee. The game was held last year at the neutral site of Wellington High School due to coronavirus concerns and Glades Central shut out Pahokee 38-0. It was also not the regular season finale for both schools in 2020.
The Raiders have taken 10 of the last 13 Muck Bowls since 2008. The Blue Devils have won three of the last five meetings between the local rivals.
Glades Central(5-4) lost many of their offensive skill players from last year due to graduation. Their starting quarterback Zo'Marion Harper transferred to the Clewiston Tigers for the 2021 campaign.
The Raiders can go with Garrison Kepley and Henry Boyd at the quarterback position. Running backs Everic Morgan, Kienaskia Workman and Christopher Young can see rushing opportunities from the backfield. Wide receivers Robert Luckas and Aaron Davis are expected to make catches down the field.
Pahokee(6-1) have won three straight contests. They have knocked off schools in higher classifications which includes Wellington, Lake Worth, Immokalee and Palm Beach Lakes. The Blue Devils only defeat this season was a one-point loss to Palm Beach Gardens.
