Former Marlins Players Going To Asia

     Two former Miami Marlins pitchers are leaving Major League Baseball. Josh A. Smith has signed a one-year deal worth $500,000 with the Kiwoom Heroes of the Korea Baseball Organization. Adam Conley is going to Japan and has agreed to a deal with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles. 
     Josh A. Smith joined the Marlins as a free agent in December 2019. He had a 1-1 record with a 6.84 earned-run-average in 16 appearances last season. 
     Conley did not pitch in the majors last season and had been with the Marlins since the 2015 season. He had 25-30 record and a 4.82 earned-run-average in 174 games during his five seasons with Miami.
