Jose Urena Gone From Marlins

     Miami Marlins starting pitcher Jose Urena was non-tendered by the club. He will now become a free agent after being designated for assignment back on Monday. Urena was 0-3 and pitched in just five games in 2020. 
     Urena played the last six seasons with the Marlins. He finished with a 32-46 record with a 4.60 earned-run-average in 142 games. His best season with the Fish was in 2017 as he compiled a 14-7 record with a 3.82 earned-run-average.
