Miami Heat 2020-21 Schedule

     The first half of the Miami Heat 2020-21 regular season schedule was released by the National Basketball Association. It consists of dates from December 22, 2020 to March 4, 2021. The length of the entire 2020-21 NBA campaign is 72 games instead of the usual 82 games. 

     The Miami Heat will open the regular season in Orlando against the Magic on December 23. They will then play their home opener two days later at noon om Christmas Day against the New Orleans Pelicans. It is the first time that the Heat will play on December 25 since 2015. 

     The Heat has their longest road trip since 2009. It is a seven-game slate from February 11 to February 21 which includes stops in Houston, Utah, Los Angeles(Clippers), Golden State, Sacramento, Los Angeles(Lakers) and Oklahoma City. 

     Miami stays at home in five of the first seven contests of the regular season. Their longest homestand is six games from January 27 until February 5.
