The Miami Marlins fell to the Atlanta Braves 1-0 at SunTrust Park on Friday night. There was no score in the contest during the eighth inning when a rain delay was called. The game was stopped for over two hours.
Miami(32-54), who lost their fifth straight game, surrendered a run in the bottom of the ninth. Atlanta(53-36) was able to load the bases with one out. Brian McCann lined a base hit to left field and Freddie Freeman scored. It the fifth walk-off victory for the Braves this season.
