The Florida Panthers continued to resign their restricted free agent on Monday. They were able to agree on one-year deals with goalie Samuel Montembeault and right wing Jayce Hawryluk.
Montembeault got the opportunity to reach the NHL club last season with injuries to Roberto Luongo and James Reimer. He went 4-3-2 with a 3.04 goals-against-average and a .894 save percentage. Hawryluk compiled seven goals and five assists in 42 games during 2018-19.
