The Florida Panthers agreed to a one-year deal with defenseman MacKenzie Weegar. He has played with the club for the past three seasons.
Weegar broke out last season with several career highs which included four goals and 11 assists in 64 games. He has six goals and 17 assists in 127 games during his NHL career.
