Heat Hold Off Pistons

     The Miami Heat beat the Detroit Pistons 105-98 at FTX Arena on Tuesday night. The Heat complete their seven-game homestand on Tuesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. 
     Miami(46-24) had a 29-22 edge at the end of the first quarter and led 57-51 at halftime. Detroit(18-51) outscored the Heat 22-11 during the third quarter and were up 73-68. Miami went on a 20-11 run in the final five minutes of the contest. 
     Tyler Herro poured in a game-high 29 points for the Heat. Bam Adebayo and Max Strus both had 16 points each. Duncan Robinson was able to contribute 12 points in the victory. Jerami Grant led the Pistons with a team-high 22 points.
