Marlins Signing Jorge Soler

     The Miami Marlins will be adding Jorge Soler to their outfield/ He has agreed to sign a deal for three years at $36 million. 
     Soler split his time last season with the Kansas City Royals and the Atlanta Braves. He helped the Braves win their first World Series in 1995. Soler had a combined 27 home runs, 70 runs batted in and .238 batting average in 149 games. 
     He broke into the majors with the Chicago Cubs in 2014. Soler contributed to that franchise in 2016 to win their first World Series since 1908. It ended a 108-year drought for the team, which is the longest in Major League Baseball history.
