Janoris Jenkins Released By Titans

     Former local high school defensive back Janoris Jenkins has been released by the Tennessee Titans. He played 13 games with the Titans last season in his only year with that club. 

     He has made 27 career interceptions in the National Football League. Jenkins has played for the St. Louis Rams from 2012 to 2015, New York Giants from 2016 to 2019 and New Orleans Saints from 2019 to 2020. 

     Jenkins played high school football with the Pahokee Blue Devils. He helped the school win three FHSAA Class 2B state championships in 2004, 2006 and 2007. He participated in four consecutive state title games. Jenkins attended the University of Florida and University of North Alabama to play college football.
