Suns Rock Heat

     The Western Conference champion Phoenix Suns drove by the Miami Heat 111-90 at FTX Arena on Wednesday night. The Heat have the best record in the Eastern Conference standings while the Suns have the record in the Western Conference and National Basketball Association standings.    
     Miami(44-23) broke out to a 20-10 advantage in the first five minutes of the contest, however Phoenix(53-13) bounced back and led 29-27 at the end of the opening quarter. The Suns held a 57-55 lead at halftime. Phoenix began the second half on a 23-10 run and had their biggest lead at the end of the third quarter 91-74. The Suns improved their record to 40-0 when leading going into the fourth quarter. 
     Duncan Robinson dropped in 22 points and Tyler Herro added 17 points for Miami. Bam Adebayo was able to contribute 17 points. 
     Devin Booker led the Suns with 23 points, nine assists and eight rebounds and missed a triple-double. Mikal Bridges had 21 points and nine rebounds in the victory. Deandre Ayton compiled 19 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double.
