Major League Baseball Moves Opening Day Again

Major League Baseball has moved back opening day of the regular season for the second time. It is unlikely that there will be 162 games played by each team in 2022.
All regular games have been canceled through April 13, which is two weeks into the 2022 campaign. MLB has taken into consideration that April 15 is the 75th anniversary of Jackie Robinson breaking the color barrier in Major League Baseball.
The start of spring training has been pushed back several times since the baseball lockout. MLB eliminated the first week of the 2022 regular season back on March 1.
The Miami Marlins will lose another six games on the schedule. They were to visit the San Francisco Giants from April 8 to April 10 and the Los Angeles Angels from April 11 to April 12. The Fish are to begin a four-game series at loanDepot Park on April 14 against the Philadelphia Phillies.\
