Dallas made it 16-10 with 5:28 remaining in the third. Brandon Aubrey kicked a 43-yard field goal and extended his National Football League record of 32 straight field goals to begin an NFL career. It became 19-10 for Miami with 1:24 to go in the quarter on a Sanders 35-yard field goal.
The Cowboys closed it to 19-10 at the 12:31 mark of the fourth quarter. Aubrey was successful with a 33-yard field goal.
