Columbus defensive lineman Daylen Russell remains in the county with Miami. His teammate tight end Benjamin Blackburn will go across the country to Stanford.
Miami Central had several players make their decisions. Quarterback J.C. Evans selected James Madison, wide receiver Lewayne McCoy decided on Florida State, defensive lineman Armondo Blount signed with Miami, linebacker Lamar Smith went with Tennessee-Martin and linebacker Vince Shavers headed to Nebraska.
Miami Palmetto wide receiver Jacory Barney Jr. moved on to Nebraska. Linebacker Char'Quez Lee and defensive back Lawrence Johnson stayed local at FAU. Linebacker Lathan Croley travels to Holy Cross while tight end Rodrigo Diaz-Martorell shifts to Columbia.
