Heat Erase Magic

The Miami Heat powered by the Orlando Magic 115-106 at Kia Center on Wednesday night. It was the Heat's only road game during a seven-game stretch. The Magic had their nine-game home winning streak snapped and are still first in the Southeast Division.
It was the first Magic home game played at the newly branded Kia Center. The venue was known as Amway Center from 2010 until earlier today.
Miami(16-12) had a slight 25-24 lead after one quarter. The Heat had a strong second quarter outscoring the Magic 43-26 and they led 68-50 at halftime.
Orlando(16-10) barely cut into the deficit and were down 89-72 at the end of the third quarter. Miami began the final quarter with a 17-10 spurt. Orlando responded with a 22-5 run, however they fell short.
Tyler Herro dropped in a game-high 28 points for the Heat. Bam Adebayo contributed 18 points and Hayward Highsmith had a season-high 15 points. Cole Anthony came off the bench to lead the Magic with a team-high 20 points.
