Timberwolves Chop Heat

     The Minnesota Timberwolves slipped by the Miami Heat 112-108 at Kaseya Center on Monday night. The Heat finished off a four-game homestand. The Timberwolves have the best record in the Western Conference and are tied for first overall in the NBA. 
     Miami(15-12) had a 33-22 lead at the end of the first quarter. The Heat kept the lead and were ahead 66-54 at halftime. Minnesota(20-5) outscored their opponent in the third quarter and still trailed 83-77. The Timberwolves moved ahead with a 16-5 run to begin the fourth quarter. 
     Tyler Herro led Miami with a team-high 25 points while Bam Adebayo added 22 points. Jimmy Butler had 15 points and Duncan Robinson drained in 14 points. Anthony Edwards chalked up a game-high 32 points along with eight rebounds for Minnesota.
