John Mabry was promoted from assistant batting coach to batting coach. He replaced Brant Brown, who moved on to the Seattle Mariners coaching staff. Mabry joined the Marlins in 2023 and had been on an MLB coaching staff since 2013.
Bill Mueller was named the new assistant batting coach. He will have a coaching position in the majors for the first time since 2018. He won the American League batting title with the Boston Red Sox in 2003.
