The Florida Panthers announced their official 2017-18 season roster on Wednesday. The club will play their first game of the regular season in Tampa Bay against the Lightning on Friday night. The Panthers have their home opener at BB&T Center in Sunrise on Friday night when they face the Lightning.
Forwards will include Aleksander Barkov, Jonathan Huberdeau, Evgenii Dadonov, Vincent Trocheck, Nick Bjugstad, Radim Vrbata, Owen Tippett, Jamie McGinn, Jared McCann, Derek MacKenzie, Colton Sceviour, Denis Malgin, Connor Brickley and Michael Haley.
The Panthers will have Aaron Ekblad, Keith Yandle, Mark Pysyk, Mike Matheson, Alex Petrovic, Ian McCoshen and MacKenzie Weegar as defensemen. Roberto Luongo and James Reimer share goaltender duties in net for Florida.
