Former Miami television sportscaster Lindsay Czarniak is no longer with ESPN. She decided not to renew her contract with that organization in August.
Czarniak was known locally as a sports reporter and sports anchor at WTVJ-TV Channel 6 in Miami. She moved on to Washington D.C. and became a sports anchor at WRC-TV along with on the George Michael Sports Machine that was on late Sunday night at NBC. After a stint as a NASCAR pit row reporter and studio host on TNT, she joined ESPN as a sports anchor.
She began her broadcasting career as a production assistant at CNN. Czarniak then appeared in front of the camera as a news reporter at WTEV-TV and WAWS-TV in Jacksonville before landing in Miami.
