Blues Come Back On Panthers

     The St. Louis Blues overcame a three-goal deficit to surprise the Florida Panthers 5-4 in overtime on Saturday night at FLA Live Arena. The Panthers completed a stretch of playing seven of eight games at home over the last 18 days. The Cats will begin a five-game road trip on Monday. 
     Florida(10-8-3) rocketed out to a 3-0 lead in the first nine minutes of the first period on goals by Aaron Ekblad, Radko Gudas and Aaron Ekblad. Brandon Saad cut it for the Blues to 3-1 later in the frame. 
     Anton Lundell had the only tally during the second period for the Cats. He gave the Panthers a 4-1 lead on a shorthanded goal with 7:10 to go in the second. 
     In the third period, St. Louis(11-10-0) made their comeback. They got even-strength goals from Ryan O'Reilly, Jordan Kyrou and Vladimir Tarasenko. 
     The Blues won the game 1:08 into overtime. Torey Krug sent a long lead pass and Kyrou scored the game-winner from close range by Spencer Knight.
