Pahokee Tops Glades Central In Muck Bowl

     The Pahokee Blue Devils downed the Glades Central Raiders 46-14 in the 2022 Muck Bowl at Effie C. Grear Field in Belle Glade on Friday night. The Blue Devils have won five of the last seven Muck Bowls. The Raiders have been victorious in the Muck Bowl 10 of the last 15 games since 2008. 

     Pahokee(8-2) have won four straight games to end the regular season and outscored their opponents 293-182 this year. The Blue Devils will be in postseason play next week in Class 1R Region 4.  

     Glades Central(2-8) is expected to miss the FHSAA Playoffs for the first time during a scheduled full regular season in this century. It has been an underachieving year for the Raiders as they have fallen in seven of their last eight games.
