Heat Gain Revenge On Warriors

     The reigning NBA champions the Golden State Warriors came to South Florida and were knocked off by the Miami Heat 116-109 on Tuesday night at FTX Arena. Both teams faced each other five days ago in San Francisco. 
     The Heat were coming off a three-game road trip out west. The Warriors fell to 0-4 on the road this season. 
     Miami(3-5) rolled out to a 33-24 lead at the end of the first quarter. Golden State(3-5) got the lead for one minute during the second quarter and trailed 58-56 at halftime. 
     The Warriors went on 28-16 run to begin the second half and led 94-86 after three quarters. The Heat went on a 14-6 spurt to start the fourth quarter and scored the final seven points in the frame to win the game. 
     Jimmy Butler led Miami with 23 points, eight assists and six rebounds. Max Strus scored 24 points and Duncan Robinson dropped in 17 points. Bam Adebayo contributed 19 points while Kyle Lowry fell short of a double-double with 13 points along with nine assists. 
     Stephen Curry compiled a triple-double for Golden State with team-highs of 23 points, 13 assists and 13 rebounds in the defeat. Andrew Wiggins drained in 21 points and Klay Thompson added 19 points.
