The Philadelphia 76ers fell to the Miami Heat 127-117 on Sunday at Xfinity Mobile Atena. The Heat finished up a two-game road trip. They have won four straight games and seven of their last nine contests.
Miami broke out to a 37-27 lead at the end of the first quarter. The Heat still stayed in front 71-67 at halftime.
Philadelphia was behind 99-93 at the conclusion of the third quarter. The Heat outscored the Sixers 28-24 in the fourth.
Norman Powell dropped in a game-high 32 points for Miami. Jaime Jaquez Jr. came off the bench and added 22 points. Bam Adebayo composed a double-double of 18 points and 13 rebounds while Kel'el Ware had 20 points along with 16 rebounds. Tyrese Maxey scored a team-high 27 points for the 76ers.
